This recipe and picture is from my friend Sarah and I can't wait to make it! Thanks Sarah!!!
I have not measured anything however so here is a list of all the things I throw in:
Whip the buttermilk and pudding together. Fold the cool whip into this mix. Drain the oranges and add to the mixture. Cool at least 1 hour in the fridge. Crush the cookies. Just prior to serving add cookies to the mixture!
Brown the pork chops in oil. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together and place in the crock pot. Place the browned pork chops on top. Cook 3-4 hours on high heat or 6-8 hours on low heat.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the oatmeal to the boiling water, let cool for 20 minutes. Mix the sugars and the shortening together by hand. Add the 2 eggs. Sift together the flour, salt, soda, powder ans cinnamon. Add to the sugar mixture. Ad vanilla and oatmeal mixture to this. Bake in a greased and floured pan for 40 minutes.
Topping:
1 cup vanilla, 6 T margarine, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup canned milk, 1 cup peca npiecec, 1 cup coconut
Spread this over baked cake and put under broiler until top bubbles.
