2 (16 oz.) cans sliced peaches and juice
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts
Lay peaches and juice in bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of peaches. Dot with butter and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or till cobbler is golden. Diet tomorrow!

yummy easy glaze
Just Mix water and powdered sugar together to put ontop of pretty much any cake, donut, pie, or anything else you can think of. Just add more or less of each ingredient to get it to the the consistancy you are wanting
Oatmeal Cake
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp b. soda
- 1 tsp b. powder
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the oatmeal to the boiling water, let cool for 20 minutes. Mix the sugars and the shortening together by hand. Add the 2 eggs. Sift together the flour, salt, soda, powder ans cinnamon. Add to the sugar mixture. Ad vanilla and oatmeal mixture to this. Bake in a greased and floured pan for 40 minutes.
Topping:
1 cup vanilla, 6 T margarine, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup canned milk, 1 cup peca npiecec, 1 cup coconut
Spread this over baked cake and put under broiler until top bubbles.
